This is the largest private garage / “car condo” currently at M1 Concourse. It is made up of 3 combined garages. The first floor will operate partially as a working auto garage for race cars while the second floor will become an ornate art deco inspired palace. It includes a raised glass mezzanine office, a stained-glass ceiling in the bathroom, custom curving bookshelves with brass detailing, and 12-foot diameter silver leaf domes. The roof top has a full-service oval bar, outdoor kitchen, a built-in 12-person hot tub, and a raised wood patio for racetrack viewing.
